WIRE TRANSFERS
GCMUN accepts Wire Transfers through our partner, the Sheraton NY Times Square Hotel. The Sheraton receives all wire transfer on our behalf.
All wire transfers must be completed according to the instruction on the right side of this text box.
A receipt (image or pdf document) of the wire transfer must be sent to billing@gcmun.org for a quicker reconciliation of payments.
Lack of the receipt might result in lengthier or more difficult payment confirmation, thus reflecting on the status of your registration, your seats for the conference and materials release.
Please Note: GCMUN has two sessions, each sessions has its own payment identification code (ID#), make sure to use the code identifying your chosen session:

ACTION REQUIRED: EMAIL TRANSFER RECEIPT
A receipt of your wire transfer must be email to billing@gcmun.org after being posted.
Lack of the receipt might result in lengthier or more difficult payment confirmation, thus reflecting on the status of your registration, your seats for the conference and materials release.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Once your transfer is on its way, please send an email to billing@gcmun.org, provide a photo/pdf of the transfer receipt if previously didn’t.
Your transfer should be accredited to our partner’s bank in a maximum of 48 hours (for domestic transfers) and should be processed in a maximum of 2 weeks, we are in close contact with the Sheraton Hotel accounting department. They will notify us as soon as a transfer is received.
When payment is received, your registration status changes to “Paid”, an automated email confirms the reception of your payment and all available conference material and information is released.
